Eat "Carbs" Only After Exercise

The most important of all the habits when it comes to dropping your body fat. Follow this rule and you will improve you body composition much quicker.

  1. What vegetable would you eat for breakfast? also, do vegetable and fruit juices count as eating fruits and vegetables?

  2. Vegetables that I like to eat for breakfast are spinach, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers in my eggs.

    I have also had carrots in the morning. Try to get something that you can stomach. I understand that getting vegetables in the morning is not the most appetizing food there is. But trust me it works.

    As for the juices, try not to get your fruits and veggies from them. They usually have extra "stuff" added. I will also talk about this in a later post.
