Interval Training for Fat Loss



Athletes and everyone alike should not waste there time running for long distances. unless that is what your sport or activity requires. To lose fat interval training is the best way.

  1. Wow, this information was really educational. I always thought I had to run my guts out for ever to lose weight. It's nice to know that there is a more efficient and faster way to lose body fat. Also it sounds like interval training is one of the BEST way to improve an athletes speed and power.

  2. Interval training is a work and recovery type of training. If you were on a track it would be like sprinting the straightaway, and walking the curve.

    It is basically working hard for a short period of time and then resting.
